Return and Service Policy

This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for paid coaching services offered by Wristsglowliving. Digital goods, if offered separately, follow the same principles unless a written agreement states otherwise.

1. Scope

The policy applies to coaching sessions, workshops, and retainers confirmed through a written statement of work or invoice referencing these terms.

2. Cooling-off for distance contracts

Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase without giving reasons, provided no sessions have begun. Once coaching has started with your agreement, fees for completed portions remain due.

3. Cancellations by the client

Cancellations made at least forty-eight hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no additional fee, subject to availability. Cancellations inside forty-eight hours may forfeit fifty percent of the session fee unless extraordinary circumstances apply.

4. Cancellations by Wristsglowliving

If we cancel a session for operational reasons, you receive a full credit or refund for that session and priority rescheduling.

5. Package refunds

Multi-session packages may be partially refunded for unused sessions if requested within thirty days of purchase and before more than one-third of sessions have occurred. Administrative fees disclosed on your invoice may apply.

6. No-shows

Failure to join a confirmed session without notice is treated as a completed session for billing purposes.

7. United States consumer expectations

We provide invoices in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, disclose material terms before you pay for services, and keep written records of package scopes. If you reside in a state that provides additional consumer protections for services, those laws may apply to the extent required.
